Skill Related fitness vs. health related fitness
Skill-related (performance-related): Involves the skills that will enhance one's performance in athletic or sports events. There are 6 skill-related fitness components (agility, balance, coordination, power, speed, and reaction time).
Health-related: Involves skills that enable one to become and stay physically healthy. There are 5 health-related fitness components (cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, and body composition).
